The rules for border crossing by children are as follows:

Children under 18 years old can cross the border only when accompanied by parents or guardians and with a birth certificate and other necessary documents.

Fines and other measures of responsibility for violating the border regime are provided by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and depend on the nature of the violation. More detailed information can be found in the “Legislation” section.

The Border Troops participate in evacuation, rescue operations, and the prevention of threats at the border during emergencies such as natural disasters and incidents.

To cross the state border, it is necessary to have a valid passport, a visa (if required), as well as other permit documents as prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
